Refund Policy
At Racket City, we want to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. However, if a cancellation or refund is necessary, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation Before Shipping

If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, a fee of 10% of the total purchase amount will be charged to cover administrative costs, charges and non-refundable bank fees.

The remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.

Returns After Delivery

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days after receipt, without the need for justification, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

The product must be in original condition, unused and with the packaging intact.

The refund will be made in the form of store credit after the product has been verified and will include the total amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs for the purchase.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exceptions

Personalized (gift cards) or used products are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns outside the 14 day period.
